SYSTEM COMPOSITION
  1. Anode tube group (module)
    Anode control group by the inscribed circle Ø360 hexagonal anodic tube adopts flame retardant glass fibre reinforced plastic integral sex is good, high strength, high concentricity, parallelism.
  2. Cathode system
    That includes the cathode corona line and the cathode line with the whole cathode line fixing frame and connecting bolt. The cathode frame adopts SUS316L. The cathode line is high-efficiency burr pole line and the material is SUS316L or ASTM A240/A240M. The efficiency and corrosion resistance of the improved specific current and electric field can well meet the requirement of the new wet dust removal device.
  3. Insulator room and high voltage inlet box|
    The power supply area of the wet dedusting device is on the top of the tower body and is equipped with an independent insulator box, including an insulation box with lead wires and a cathode frame fixed at the bottom. The insulation box adopts the porcelain bushing of large diameter and the special sealing material insulation boxes top cover and the barrel body adopts the aluminium silicate fibre internal insulation to ensure the insulation of the box body is more reliable and more energy-saving.
  4. Flushing water system
    The upper part of the anode tube is provided with an intermittent spray device, and the anode tube and the defogging device are rinsed with water from the process pond. According to the actual operating condition, rinse every 24 hours for 5 minutes.
  5. Electric heating system
Since the dust collector is operated at positive pressure, in order to order to prevent insulator condensation and pollution. An electric heater is arranged in the insulating box to ensure the insulator to be more reliable. The insulator box is equipped with a heating device and an automatic temperature control device, which can heat evenly and detect temperature accurately. It can effectively prevent the fog from entering the insulation box and prevent moisture from condensation, so it has a certain maintenance space.
